JSC OPIN was the first public company on the Russian real estate market , shares are listed on stock exchange MICEX. In recent years, we have strengthened our leadership in the sector through the successful completion of a number of master-planned multi-format residential communities with supporting commercial and social infrastructure and now continue to focus on integrated area developments.

In November 2010 ONEXIM Group, one of the leading Russian investment companies, became OPIN’s controlling shareholder and strategic partner. In May 2011 we announced a new development strategy prioritising high-quality investor relations. This section of our web site is geared towards providing updates on OPIN’s financial and operating performance.
